Plus Annual and Family Annual capabilities require an active subscription. iCloud backup depends on app configuration, device capability, and service availability. Care Circle creation is production-gated; when enabled, Family supports up to 3 owner-managed circles, 8 participants per circle, 1 active temporary handoff per circle, 9 predefined assignable roles, and shared attachments up to 20 MB.

Can I restore purchases?

Yes, supported restore behavior is handled inside the app through Apple purchase services. The restore process uses the Apple account associated with the original purchase. CareTrove does not process the restore through a website checkout. Support can help route general access questions if the expected entitlement does not appear.

Is there web checkout?

No. The website does not present a web purchase flow. Every Get CareTrove link opens the verified App Store listing directly. Paid levels are selected inside CareTrove rather than on the website. Apple purchase surfaces handle supported billing and restore behavior.
