Support FAQ

Quick answers.

Can support answer medical questions?

No. ChartNest support cannot provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency help. Support can assist with general product, access, privacy, and routing questions. Medical concerns should be directed to a qualified healthcare professional or the appropriate emergency service.

Where should I send private medical documents?

Do not send medical records through website forms or ordinary support email. Those channels are intended for general, non-medical questions. Keep diagnoses, medication details, patient names, and document contents out of the message. Use an appropriate trusted channel when a legitimate recipient requires sensitive material.

How do I ask about iCloud backup, sync, or recovery?

Use the contact page and select the most relevant inquiry type. Keep the description general and do not include private medical details. Support can help route questions about availability, configuration, status, synchronization, retry behavior, or recovery history. The app remains the place to review the current backup scope and most recent status.

How do I request website data deletion?

Use the data request page. Choose the deletion request type and provide the contact information needed to identify the website record. Do not include medical records or private health details. ChartNest will use the submitted information to review and route the request.

Can support help with purchases?

Verify App Store connectivity and the Apple account used for the original purchase, then tap Restore Purchases in ChartNest. Use Apple's Manage Subscriptions control for Plus or Family billing, renewal, or cancellation. Support can investigate why recognized access is not appearing, but cannot fabricate, transfer, or manually grant App Store ownership. Describe the issue without payment credentials or private medical information.

Where can I get help with Family access?

Use the Help Center for invitations, roles, section permissions, shared tasks, handoffs, temporary access, guest access, and Family workflow guidance. Confirm the intended profile, member, role, and allowed sections before changing access. Keep medical records and private document contents out of ordinary support email. Support can help with product behavior but cannot create legal authority or override another person's Apple account.

How do I report accessibility issues?

Use the contact page or email support. Describe the page, control, or task that created the problem. Include general device and browser context when it is useful for reproduction. Do not include medical records or private health details in the report.
