Website contact does not create a care relationship, employment benefit, or clinical service. ChartNest content, marks, product concepts, and materials belong to ChartNest or their respective owners.

ChartNest app downloads and paid access are handled through Apple's App Store and StoreKit services. Pro Lifetime is a separate one-time purchase, while Plus Annual and Family Annual require an active subscription for their plan-specific capabilities. Apple controls supported billing, renewal, cancellation, subscription management, and restore behavior, and local App Store pricing may vary.

Feature availability can depend on the installed app version, plan entitlement, compatible device and operating system, Apple account, iCloud or Apple Health status, user permission, network conditions, region, and Apple service availability. ChartNest does not guarantee uninterrupted synchronization, recovery of every file, compatibility with every source format or provider system, or permanent availability of a specific Apple system surface.

Users are responsible for reviewing records, captured drafts, source-cited answers, imports, reports, packets, forms, emergency or travel materials, and exports before relying on or sharing them. Users must have appropriate authority to enter, import, connect, export, or share information about another person and must choose recipients and permissions carefully.

Care Circle roles, temporary access, guest access, handoffs, escalation plans, backup organizers, and ownership-transfer controls organize product access and responsibilities. They do not create guardianship, power of attorney, professional status, staffing obligations, or other legal authority.
