How the CareTrove iOS app handles local records, exports, iCloud backup, and sharing boundaries.

CareTrove is local-first by default. Core app records stay on the device unless the user exports, shares, creates an iCloud backup, or uses a configured sharing workflow. Plus backup/restore uses the user's Apple iCloud account when available and initiated by the user. Attached document files may remain device-local in metadata-only backup behavior.
